POSTAGE

Postage within Australia is FREE and will be delivered via Australia Post. We deliver to ALL states of Australia; Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory. International shipping rates will appear during the check out process. If you require and urgent delivery please contact us through our contact page. Our products are sent carefully packaged in a flat and sturdy cardboard box and will be ready to use at your event.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders will be dispatched within 1-4 weeks after your order has been confirmed. Most of our orders will be dispatched within ONE WEEK of ordering. If you require an order on short notice, please email us through our contact us page and we will get back to with the fastest possible time when we can have your order to you. We are happy to help out with urgent orders when we can.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Whilst we package our products very carefully to avoid damage during transit, we cannot accept responsibility for damage to our products out of our control once they have been dispatched, or for products that may be lost or stolen in transit. We cannot accept responsibility for damage to our products by Australia Post.
