PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payment via: Visa and Master Card & Paypal.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If you lose your gift certificate code, please contact us and we can re-issue this to you.

DELIVERY, DISPATCH TIMES & POSTAGE

We like to send our orders out as promptly as possible, most orders will usually be dispatched within days. If there will be any hold ups with your order we will contact you with the details. If you require an order urgently or an order to be delivered within a short time frame, please email us and we can inform you if we can have your order to you in a time that suits you and your event. Delivery is FREE to all states of Australia ; Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory.

International postage rates will appear during check out.

Express Mail options are also available on our product ordering pages for Express Mail within Australia and also for Customers in the United States. If you are located outside of Australia or the United States and would like to purchase an Express Mail option please email us for a quote and delivery timeframes. (Delivery time frames will be those provided by Australia Post and are not a guarantee that we can control the delivery exactly within these timeframes for you.)

Other than for the purposes of fair dealing, criticism, review, study or research, you may not copy, print or store by electronic or any other means a part or the whole part of this website and its contents an or our designs.

We undertake regular searches for copyright infringement and will and have issued a copyright infringement notices to offenders.

PRICES

Prices are listed with our products and we reserve the right to change these prices on the Daisywood website at any time. Prices are listed in Australian dollars. If for any reason we cannot process your payment at checkout we will contact you.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

Please review all details before you finalise your orders. Paying particular attention to any personalised details you wish to have added to your fingerprint guest book e.g. name/s and date, upper and lower case characters etc. Daisywood will print the details as you have provided them on your fingerprint guest book. We do not offer replacements or refunds for errors made on your behalf and entered with your order. If Daisywood is responsible for these types of errors, we will replace your product free of charge without hesitation.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Whilst we package our products with care and suitable for mailing, we cannot accept responsibility for damage to our products once they have been dispatched, or for products that may be lost or stolen in transit. We cannot accept responsibility for damage to our products by Australia Post. If you product does arrive damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product ASAP as these will assist you with a refund enquiry to Australia Post.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you believe you have received one of our products and believe it is flawed or faulty, please contact us immediately. Please send a photograph displaying the fault if possible.

FRAMING

Whilst some images of our products are displayed with frames, we do not supply frames with our products.

CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to cancel orders and terminate accounts at any time at our discretion.
